We recently moved into Tolman Apartments and we couldn't be happier with our experience, especially thanks to the outstanding service we received from Alina and Tomi!

From the very beginning, Alina made a fantastic impression. She gave us a thorough tour of the facility, patiently answered all of our questions with impressive knowledge, and truly made us feel like our needs were a priority. Her people-oriented, customer-first approach was evident throughout the entire process. We even had a special request to exchange one unit for another, and Alina was incredibly patient and helpful in making that happen.

Tomi, the manager, was also incredibly accommodating and helpful. She addressed all our concerns with quick responses and made the whole move-in process smooth and stress-free. We really appreciate her attentiveness!

And now that we're settled in, we love our new apartment! It's clean and well-maintained. Plus, the management organizes a "meet and greet" every Saturday, which is a great way to connect with other residents. The food is always delicious, and it's a fun way to build a sense of community.

Overall, we highly recommend Tolman Apartments! The excellent service provided by Alina and Tomi, combined with the clean apartments and community events, make it a wonderful place to live.

I just moved into this brand-new apartment, and I’m really impressed! The location is perfect—everything I need is just a short walk away. The building is modern, well-designed, and has all the amenities I could ask for. Plus, the management team clearly knows what they’re doing, which made the whole experience even better.

What really stood out, though, was the staff. Alina, the Assistant Manager, made my move-in process effortless. She was professional, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. Jerel, the leaser, was just as great—he walked me through the lease, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy. And a big shoutout to Tomi, the Community Manager, who runs things seamlessly and keeps everything in top shape.

I’m beyond happy with my choice and can’t recommend this place enough! Great location, modern living, and a team that knows how to take care of their residents.

She acknowledged our presence immediately and offered to give us a tour despite her busy schedule. Her willingness to assist us made a significant impression. The amenities at Tolman are impressive, including the large pool, lounge area, gym, and the upcoming rooftop deck. It stands out as one of the best locations we've considered thus far, and Tolman is at the top of our list for when our lease expires. We sincerely appreciate Alina’s assistance during our visit.
